David is a well-decorated technical sales professional of over 30 years and also possesses proficient leadership skills both on and off the water. Susie is an assistant professor at the UNC School of Medicine. She holds a doctorate in immunology. She grew up fishing on the Outer Banks learning the art of rod and reel from her parents.

Chuck is accomplished angler of twenty five plus years. With a passion for the sport, his achievements reach beyond just success on the water. While establishing a career as an Industrial Automation Account Manager, he also founded and was a three year President for The Bass Federation of South Carolina. Chuck is currently Pro Staff for several companies and Staff Director for a couple more. His most recent accomplishment is the establishing of High School Bass Fishing in South Carolina in conjunction with the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources. Married for seventeen years to wife Julie, he has a sixteen year old daughter, Melissa. Chuck has stated that in the future he would enjoy the opportunity to work in the fishing industry itself in some capacity.
